Laminieren in der Klebetechnik

Laminating means bringing together two or more materials – e.g., films, adhesive tapes, foams, nonwovens or paper – into a durable composite to combine properties or to functionally upgrade a material. In adhesive technology this is usually achieved via adhesive layers such as transfer adhesive film or double-sided tape, which are bonded under defined pressing pressure (ideally bubble-free and tension-controlled) so that the structure can subsequently be cut, rewound, and punched.
